$300 usd  OR 15,000 php  Security Deposit is Required and is Refundable on Check Out After Inspection and Utilities Have Been Paid For By The Tenant.

Or Via Direct Bank Deposit Either in Australia or in the Philippines

The Booking Fee is non refundable

Electric and Water Cost Are Payable By The Tenant on The Day of Check Out Except For 1 Week Stays Where The Utilities Are Included in The Weekly Rate.

The Unit Has its Own Water And Electric meters And Are Read on Check in And Check Out Days,

Any Damage To The Unit or its Contents Will be Charged To The Tenant , Apart From Normal Ware & Tare.

The Cost of Replacment or Repair Will be The Responsibility of The Tenant .
